Advanced Dental Assisting Academy is committed to providing transparent and flexible financial options for our students. The total tuition for the 12-week Dental Assisting and Expanded Functions program is $5,500, with a $150 non-refundable registration fee required to secure enrollment. ADAA offers multiple payment plan options, including full payment, installment plans, weekly or biweekly payment arrangements, and 50/50 split options. Tuition must be paid in full prior to issuance of the EFDA certificate and final transcript. Refunds are issued according to the official ADAA Refund Policy and are based on the student’s date of withdrawal.
Students may qualify for financial assistance through a variety of external funding sources. ADAA accepts employer sponsorship, private or family sponsorship, and workforce-based funding programs such as CareerSource Florida (WIOA) and other approved grant programs. All third-party sponsorship documentation must be submitted prior to the first day of class, and students remain responsible for any remaining tuition balance not covered by outside funding.
ADAA is actively working to expand financial aid access for students. Federal financial aid participation (Title IV programs such as Pell Grants and Direct Student Loans) requires institutional licensure, accreditation, and approval by the U.S. Department of Education. As the academy progresses through required approval steps, eligible students may explore federal, state, and private financing options in accordance with institutional policies.
Students receiving any form of financial assistance must maintain satisfactory academic progress, including minimum GPA and course completion standards, in order to remain eligible for continued funding. ADAA encourages students to meet with the admissions or financial officer to review available funding pathways and determine the best financial plan for their individual situation.
